This session initiates the Strive Phase, delving deeply into understanding and overcoming distractions that prevent us from achieving the life we truly yearn for. The primary focus is on integrating Salah (prayer) effectively into daily routines as a foundational habit, leveraging it as a powerful tool for productivity and spiritual well-being.
Struggling to turn your purpose into action? In this session, we transition from the Yearn Phase to the Strive Phase, where we shift from dreaming about our ideal life to executing it daily. Learn how to build the right habits, structure life around Salah, and eliminate distractions to stay aligned with your Kitab Goal. Success isn’t just about knowing your purpose—it’s about living it with intention. Watch now to take the next step toward a life of meaning and impact.
This third session of the Yearn Phase focuses on shifting from a self-centered life (ego goals) to a God-centered life (Kitab goals) by structuring everything around Salah, self-awareness, and service to the Ummah. Othman emphasizes that the key to achieving true success is aligning our passions, purpose, and daily life with Allah’s pleasure, rather than being driven by materialistic ambitions or external validation.
In this session, we dive into the framework for discovering your passion and aligning it with purpose. It starts with curiosity—exploring what excites you—followed by identifying what truly energizes you. From there, we connect it to a higher purpose, ensuring it aligns with Allah’s pleasure and benefits the ummah.
In this session, we begin the Yearn Phase, exploring why many struggle to live their ideal life. Using the Rider, Elephant, and Path model from Switch, we break down how logic, emotions, and environment influence change. The key to lasting transformation is clarity in goals, emotional connection, and shaping your surroundings for success. This phase is about designing the life you truly want and taking real steps toward it.
This video recaps the Recognize Phase, where we built self-awareness by questioning thoughts and emotions instead of accepting negativity. Now, in the Yearn Phase, we visualize our ideal life, free from limiting beliefs, and align our actions toward it. Salah remains the foundation of success, guiding us to structure our day with purpose. Ultimately, our life is a book we’ll present to Allah—let’s make it one we’re proud of. Join us as we take the next step in this transformative journey!
The third session of the Recognize Phase explores the root causes of discontent and how shifting our mindset can bring true contentment. Othman emphasizes that modern society’s pursuit of happiness is misleading—what we should seek instead is contentment (rida), which comes from aligning our expectations with Allah’s plan and rewiring our thinking.
The second session of the Recognize Phase focuses on understanding how our thoughts shape our reality and why many of our limitations are self-imposed. Othman explains how our brains are wired for negativity bias, causing us to adopt distorted thoughts that limit our growth. The key to breaking free is recognizing and challenging these thoughts while centering life around Salah to create clarity and focus.
What is the first recognition we must come to as believers searching for a successful life and afterlife?
