Intro to RYSE Coaching

Week 1: Introduction to the RYSE Framework and the Journey Ahead

In the opening session of the RYSE Coaching Program, Othman sets the stage for a 16-week transformational journey, emphasizing the sacred trust of helping each participant realign their life around Allah (SWT). This program is more than just coaching—it’s about shifting identity, rewriting your purpose, and building a life rooted in divine intention.

Key Themes:

1. The RYSE Framework

The core methodology is broken into four phases:

  • Recognize: Unpack your past experiences, inner critic, and limiting beliefs. Honestly assess your relationship with Allah, your fears, and the place of Qur’an and salah in your life.

  • Yearn: Define your ideal self and life—what kind of person you want to become, what relationships you desire with Allah, the Qur’an, your family, and the world around you.

  • Strive: Set tangible milestones toward your ultimate life purpose, or Kitaab Goal—the legacy you want your book to testify to on the Day of Judgment.

  • Elevate: Sustain and scale your transformation beyond the program through habits, systems, and continued pursuit of your divine mission.

2. The Kitaab Goal

Participants are asked to define their Kitaab Goal, a unique life purpose that aligns with the question: What do I want my book to say when I stand before Allah? This goal should transcend worldly ambitions and be rooted in sincere service to Allah and the ummah. Othman shares his own realization of becoming enslaved to corporate goals and reclaiming his life by recentering it around Allah.

3. Rediscovering Purpose

Many believe they are living for Allah, but often serve worldly masters without realizing it. This program encourages deep introspection to reclaim your time, value, and purpose from systems that have quietly stolen them. True transformation begins with rewriting the story you’re living.

4. The Role of the Qur’an

The Qur’an is not merely a book of barakah—it’s the manual for life. One of the program’s outcomes is to build a daily, personal relationship with the Qur’an through tadabbur (deep reflection), even without scholarly training. Participants will be guided through practical ways to make the Qur’an a lived reality.

5. Transformational Growth through Discomfort

Real change requires being honest, asking hard questions, and becoming comfortable with discomfort. The journey will challenge participants, but will also clarify their intentions and remove anything that pulls them away from Allah.

Outcomes of the Program:

  • Clarity on your life’s purpose and what your book will say before Allah.

  • A redefined relationship with salah and the Qur’an.

  • Tangible goals that align with your akhirah.

  • Daily Qur’an reflection as a spiritual anchor.

  • A roadmap for sustainable, faith-rooted personal growth.

The session ends with a powerful reminder: The right reason is always Allah. Anything else is a distraction. Let’s RYSE together.
