About Othman
I used to feel exactly like you might feel now—trapped in a version of success that looked perfect on paper but left me empty inside. I had the career, the degrees, the community respect. But behind all of that, I was disconnected from myself, my purpose, and most painfully, from Allah.
Everything changed when I started asking harder questions—about who I really am, why I’m here, and what legacy I want to leave. That journey led me to create RYSE Coaching, a program designed specifically for Muslim men who are tired of chasing empty wins and ready to build a life that actually feels right.
I’ve worked at Google, served as a C-level executive at a mission-driven startup, and built ventures rooted in both ambition and service. But what truly shaped me wasn’t just boardrooms or strategy decks—it was real life. I’m a husband and father to three boys, and my most meaningful lessons came from the field: coaching my kids’ sports teams, finishing 7 triathlons while in my 30’s—two of which were Ironman 70.3 races—and pushing myself on solo backpacking treks through the backcountry. These moments taught me discipline, resilience, and what it really means to show up with heart.
I understand the pressure Muslim men face—to provide, lead, and be everything for everyone while silently feeling like something’s missing. I’ve lived it. And I found a way out—not through escape, but through alignment. Alignment with who I am, who Allah created me to be, and how I will ultimately show up when I meet Him.
Now, I help Muslim men like you shift from chasing ego-driven success to living out their Kitaab Goal—the purpose Allah created you for.
This masterclass is your invitation to step into that transformation. Let’s begin the journey together.
