The Ramadan Flow Series is a paid 4-week program with limited space designed for those serious about making practical, lasting changes—not just in their ibadah, but in their habits, energy, and mindset.

Led by Othman Altalib and Dr. Mujahid Hasan, this isn’t about forced spirituality or burning out by Eid. It’s about learning to surrender—to Salah, to discipline, to healthier habits—so that Ramadan is no longer a temporary high but a permanent transformation.

  • Director, Forerunners Leadership Institute

    Mujahid is a leadership coach, pediatrician, and healthcare consultant with over 15 years of experience in high-pressure medical environments, from pediatric ERs to hospital operations. He trained at King’s College London, earned an MBA from Duke, and is currently diving deep into performance neuroscience with the Flow Research Collective.

    Beyond his career, Mujahid has been rooted in community service for over 20 years—completing hifdh at 13, leading Tarawih, and mentoring youth at Masjid Tawhid in East London. Now based in Sterling, VA, he balances life with his wife, four kids, and a love for fútbol and frisbee.

📌 Week 2 (March 8, 2025): Surrender to Sleeping Early

  • Fix your sleep cycle—learn how the Prophet ﷺ and high-performing individuals structure their nights for success.

  • Routines for Tahajjud, Fajr, and peak energy throughout the day.

📌 Week 3 (March 15, 2025): Surrender to Tayyib Eating

  • Cut out what numbs your energy—sugar, processed foods, excessive caffeine.

  • Optimize your fasting experience for mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical health.
